ideas #2 & 3: build and plan

More ideas for how to get the most out of the Na conference if you’re going.

Idea #2: build with people that know you

Sure you want to meet new people (we hope you meet lots). But there is something special about building relationships with people from home, people that know you and know what’s going on with your work/school/family.

So spend some time during the conference building with somebody you know from your group, your church, your home.

Idea #3: plan for application

You’ll be learning lots of truth about the Bible at the conference. You’ll receive practical tips and theology and inspiration. But you’ll probably need help moving from the “hearing” to the “doing” column without help from some friends. So before the conference and throughout the conference plan to apply after the conference. This means asking questions like:

_How would this affect the way I read my Bible back home?
_How can I get this into my daily life?
_How can I involve other people in my plan to make sure I follow through?

Idea #s 2 & 3 really tie in together. I’m looking forward to the spiritual bonding time that will coming with sharing a room with 3 other ladies from my church. I’m also looking forward to the accountability that will come as we work to apply all that we receive at the conference.
Only 5 more days!! I’m excited!!!!
